I was sick out of town and could not receive the item in time nor use the phone; because I could not sign USPS for it, after a few attempts it got rerouted back to seller. Seller was great, very responsible, did everything right even when I was not able to sign or be responsive, she was on top of it and was even was concerned about what was going on with me (buyer). When I was not online, she brought in the support, which was the appropriate way of handling it. I looked through the messages as soon as I got logged back in, and she was consistently communicating with me and support every single step of the way although it was an unpredictable situation. Definitely buy from her because she will be here for you - reliable and responsive!
