A Girl And Her DogI

There's something white that looks embedded in the front of the neckline. I'm hoping it washed out but I'm customizing the shirt anyways so I can figure out how to cover it. Just would have been nice to be told about it in the discription. Also not quite as long as I thought it would be. That's why I ask how long they are usually. Otherwise a nice design on the shirt. One I can work with.thanks.update: I got the white stuff to one out.
