Bag in great condition and clean, just needs a gentle wash in the machine and it will sparkle. Matching changing pad in pristine condition. I did notice a small pen mark in one of the Pockets and one zipper pull is different from the rest so I’m unsure if the bag was made this way or not — it matches the rest of the hardware so either way I don’t mind and i still love it. All 3 straps were included. Item was well wrapped and packaged and tied with cute ribbons. The best part — seller included a surprise free board book separately wrapped. I did not expect that! How wonderful! Sorry if any of this was all listed with the item already. The bag was a great find for a great price, and I am beyond happy with it! Awesome experience! A++++
