The seller was great, no complaints. However. I have bought shoes from this company many times before and I've never had a pair of shoes with such a small / tight instep. These are supposed to be wide width shoes and this particular style definitely isn't. But again that is no refection on the seller at all. That's just the risk you take buying second hand. I will gift them to a friend with "normal" size feet and I'm sure they'll love them!
