Why, oh why do sellers fold over the bottom part of a leather purse rather than stuffing them and protecting them???🤦♀️😑😑 The seller was absolutely wonderful. The purse was as described in very lovely condition, the communication was very good, the mailing was quick and the packaging was very secure, and I LOVED the pink interior of the mailing box. ❣️❣️ The Jacqueline Kent Tumbler is perfect for a Christmas gift for someone for whom you do not know what to get. I know from experience it will keep ice cubes for over 24 hours and drinks will be cold for that long. It is the best Tumble I have ever had❣️❣️Nancy

Lovely jewelry and jacket. My seller noticed a small stain prior to shipping. She reached out to me, included pictures and offered and exchange, but I hadn't check the app, and I missed her message. When I responded she had already sent the jacket along with a similar, more expensive jacket. She said that I could keep the jacket in case the stain didn't come out. Upon arrival (well packaged) the stain was barely noticeable. She kept me updated on shipping. Over and above customer service! Thank you so much.
