Unfortunately, I accepted without thoroughly checking the item description. The cape, in fact, does NOT have functional pockets. It’s still very cute, but this was misadvertised. —————- EDIT: Seller was very helpful in trying to help me release the pockets. Thank you for your patience and assistance, Marisa!
