Just to let you know, I am lucky I got my item. The box was pushed in at the seam and there were 2 openings in the box. I don't know why or how. But there was no packing material in the box to help insulate it and keep it safe. The item very easily could have fallen out. I took pictures for you to see it. I don't blame you but you could have put plastic bags in it for stuffing or something. Scotch tape is also not a good choice packaging tape. I think the packaging handlers grabbed it too hard in just the right spot and broke the package open. And they don't care. Please take this comment as a friendly reminder. But I thank you very much for my item.
