The box the shoes were shipped in was a ziplock bag box so it was very flimsy and the shoes were not wrapped or padded. (Not a box that would be considered a shipping box) They had many more scuffs and scratches than pictured. I did ask about defects on the shoes and was told there was only 1. There are several on both shoes. There is also a sticker that looks like someone tried to take it off so it’s just sticky on the inside of the shoe. So, your foot feels sticky. Over all- I love the style/color of the shoes but very disappointed in the packaging and the seller not being honest.
