The cross-stitch was magnificently done with great attention to detail. My only dissatisfaction was with the matting and framing of the piece. Specifically, the cross-stitch was not ironed or stretched appropriately, and the plexiglass cover was scratched. I did not let these shortcomings reflect on my rating, however, as the person who framed the piece may not have been the same person who cross-stitched the piece.
