The Barefoot Dreams cardigan was new with tags, was nicely packaged and arrived (from Arizona to Calif.) in just a few days. I wear a small and the sweater is a small but it's a little big for me. An XS in this brand would probably be better for me. I can turn the sleeves up a little and I still love it. The sweater's color is as pictured and it's soft like it's supposed to be so I am happy with my purchase.
