It's a pretty bag outside. Leather basically has no damage, but rather signs of gentle use, which I couldn't complain. Definitely not new bag as stated in comments in listing. Lining needed to be washed as some substance was spilled out inside both pockets and lots of crumbs glued to it. After all happy with a purchase but expected new condition as described in comments.
