Great experience. The shoes were each wrapped individually to avoid scuffing, & they are in lovely condition. The seller also included these nice cushy insoles that don’t come w the original shoe. The original sole is there underneath. They specify that they use repurposed materials for packing so be aware of that if you buy from this seller. I personally appreciate this & it in no way affected the item shipped. 5 stars.
