Im giving a 5 star rating because the bag was an great deal and no damage was really done but just keep in mind when shipping handbags that when you fold them to fit in a smaller package you may damage the piping and shape of the bag. This leads to returns and damaged product to boot. Just passing on personal experience. Thanks for the excellent deal!
