Very responsive and very helpful my package actually was stuck in the mail for about a week or so and I was a bit worried about it and she went out and tried to get as much answers as she could with the post office. It did eventually come in great condition, thankfully, she’s super responsive very helpful and the bag was exactly as described. I think you so much and I am absolutely in love with it. I would give six stars if that was an option :-)
