We found ourselves in a bind, when we realized that my daughter had outgrown her ski pants only a week before leaving for our trip and after having our offer accepted by @missflissk, reached out to her to tell her about our time crunch. She was so understanding and got the pants out ASAP and we received them with time to spare!! The pants are great, just as described and my daughter loves them.
