One of the best experiences I have had. I felt I was being listened to and given good, truthful answers to my questions and very promptly. The communication was stellar and my concerns were met with understanding. The iPad arrived so well wrapped I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to unwrap it! The best thing though, there was a hand written letter with very detailed instructions regarding the use of the keyboard and set up. Plus, they both came fully charged. All I had to do was find a way to get them out of the packaging 😆 turn them on and set it up. That was it. I am so happy with my choice, happy with all of the points of this transaction and feel lucky to have met such an honest, helpful, caring and kind person. Thank you so much. 😃
