She shipped it so fast and made sure before shipping that I was satisfied with my purchase and easy to contact, as well as friendly! Did a GREAT job of packing the conditioner (literally numerous layers of wrapping!!) y make sure the product didn’t empty out in a zip lock bag and the box! Not everyone thinks that far ahead! Ha! Would definitely recommend!
