Thank you for offering this bag. With more pics indicating flaws on the OUTSIDE as well as those mentioned inside, I would not have paid full price-my mistake. Like most people, I estimate that the seller is really busy. I was concerned that I would miss this bag and did not ask for additional details because my questions and others were not answered. I will clean it up but I was not prepared for the flaws in the canvas. Lesson learned. Happy Poshing. 4/15/21 I wanted to reach out again because I looked more closely at the pics of the bag and realized I missed the detail on the outside of the bag that showed the wear. I increased the rating because I really do like the bag and it was my mistake that I missed the details in the pics. Best, Just saw the note about the delay in shipping. Five stars on this purchase. I appreciate you offering this bag. Best
