Thank you Michelle! Pardon my delayed rating and comments. I was out of town. The dress was indeed new with tags. The condition of the dress seems perfect. The fitting though was slightly off on the lining in the neck area. The back side of the half of the dress doesn’t fall good. But that’s the structure of the dress. Thanks!
