This seller was easy to work with, and accommodated my request to send to a third party without payment info inside the box (the item was sent as a gift to a friend). Unfortunately, there was a packaging/transit damage issue, beyond everyone’s control, and they made sure to file a claim with the postal service and do their due diligence to correct the situation. Would buy from this seller again.
