Couple of items were missing from the purchase. Shark BotBoundary Strip needed for specific areas that you do not want the vacuum cleaner to go. Reached out to the seller and was informed that they were unable to locate the BotBoundary strip. Also there was no manual but at least I could research on the Shark website to make sure it all connected ok.
