I am JUST getting home from vacation to this beautiful package! Natalie was absolutely fabulous! Although she was also on vacation, she went above and beyond and did everything she could to answer my questions, and after purchase, somehow managed to get my item shipped immediately. My fragile item was packed securely and arrived in perfect condition. I am beyond pleased! It arrived so fast I only wish I could’ve been home to receive and rate more promptly!
