Items arrived promptly and exactly as described. Clothes were a little wrinkled, but there was a handwritten note to explain/apologize, plus the price reflected that fairly. The breakables were packed safely in their original packaging too. My only complaint is that the tag was removed from one of the items so I’m unsure of wash/care directions for it. Overall very happy with my purchase - the skirt is even cuter in person, couldn’t tell it had a soft texture from the photo but it was a nice surprise. Thank you!
