Hey girl! Happy holidays! I'm not sure if this froze outside/during shipping. But when I opened the container, the Chanel cream bronzer was attached to the lid and completely removed from the jar. No biggie, as I'll just leave it out and hopefully it'll restick/adhere back to the inside of the jar vs. the lid. Just thought I'd mention it is all, as it was strange. I was pumped to get a "like new" item and now it's kinda funky and just kinda like a rubber disc lol. But again no biggies! Going to try and make it work! Hopefully while it softens the formula stays the same! Anyways, have a beautiful evening and thanks again! :)
