Rating is on the packaging. The dress is beautiful, fast shipping etc. The box arrived damaged and wet. The dress was just thrown in box all wrinkled up without any protection for shipping. Just something to think about as a seller to put some love and thought into the packaging. USPS is not always gentle on items!!
