The dress arrived fast and was carefully sealed inside two mailer bags sealed with tape to protect it. Thank you @nyrecessionista. It did have a couple waxy small white spots on the front of the skirt that I hope will come off in the wash but if they don't they are fairly well hidden by the drape.
