The seller packaged the item with great care. Unfortunately, the package was misplaced in transit and never arrived. Throughout the process, the seller stayed in communication and promptly provided all the information I needed. She was responsible, proactive, and very helpful. Even though the item was lost, the seller did everything correctly.
