Hi! Thank you for the beautiful necklace at the wonderful price. However, I would recommend you package the items you sell in a much more substantial package. I understand that you included the Swarovski box, but a lot of times, the appeal is having all the packaging so the items can be given as presents. The vista print box was smashed terribly and, if not surrounded by the other box, it would have damaged the necklace. Thank you so much!
