Seller answered all my questions and was so thoughtful and kind to even show video of lipstick after I had a question. amazing communication and shipped out fast, my packaged shows delivered, but was not in my mailbox, that's not sellers' fault, I will track down the package from post office. I still wanted to accept order since seller did ship my item out and, on their end, everything was perfect! Thats why I gave 5stars as well.
