omg you are adorable. I was blown away by the immense time energy and margin hurting packaging you did. After giving me a really fantastic deal to then go through the trouble and expense of the extra personal touches like tissue paper, a jewelry box for the necklace, ribbon and so wonderfully clean, wrinkle free, dust/pet hair free items ..I'm just so happy to know there are other sellers here that are obviously not just here to make money. packing items to make people smile is my favorite part and I can tell you take some time and finesse yours to perfection too. It really does make an impression and I wasn't disappointed by the quality of items either. For a used sweater this sweater looks like it hasn't even seen sunlight before. If she sold it to me new without tags I'd have been just as happy, that's the kind of quality delivered here. I gave this sweater to my boyfriend for our anniversary and he literally said it was so cute. The cuteness of the ready to gift wrapping made a guy who I can promise doesn't describe things as "cute" get whimsical for 30 seconds. I received my complete order all is fine except the Hat it was smashed a shipping box that was too small it was forced into the Box therefore it is crinkled and smash I'm just wondering what to do to ever get it shaped out again the hat is of quality that's a shame that's all out of shape that's my only gripe
