I am in love with the product. It looks exactly like the picture! There was some unfortunate shipping trouble that was out of the sellers hands, but they were very open about everything(had amazing conversations) and they even included tons of freebies for the trouble which I did not expect but love all the same. In the end, I love both the product (all of them very well made with tick wool) and the sellers attitude.
