Can I give this seller more than 5 stars? She was very accommodating, helpful and kind. Even though measurements were provided, the boots still didn’t fit properly. They seller offered a return (which Poshmark would not do) and then offered a refund herself. These boots are gorgeous, so I’ll pass them on to a friend who fits them, but needless to say I really appreciated dealing with seller like this as opposed to one who is more like “well too bad for you”. Makes Poshmark feel more like a community. Props to you my dear seller!
