I sent this to my daughter while she was vacationing with her best friends family, so I didn't see the packaging in person myself. It was received quickly after I ordered. She said it was packed nice and safe, the bag was exactly as described and in perfect condition. She's going to be using this to carry around her essentials at school (phone, lip balm, debit card, school ID, etc) so she doesn't have to dig around in her backpack constantly and she said it's the optimal size for those needs.
