Speedy and thoughtful note! And so excited to grab another Smak Parlour piece before the brick & mortar store sadly closes:(. Please let me know if there is a trick to the zipper, as as yet, at all attempts, I cannot get it to unzip more than about a quarter inch:(

I definitely was not expecting the additional piece and I really appreciate you going the extra mile even though you definitely didn't need to (I say as a 24 y/o who has worked customer service and totally would have done something similar HAHA).
