Item was delivered in great condition. Seller quickly sent package. Item did smell strongly of old cigarettes, or like a rental car trying to mask the smell of cigarettes. Would’ve been the vest itself if the seller was not the original owner, or could’ve been the sellers home. Either way not a deal breaker for me, but definitely something worth mentioning in a review
