It took a week to get a shipping tracking number or any information it was shipped. After receiving the tracking number and when the item arrived, it was exactly what was described and in perfect condition. The packaging was good and I am very satisfied. I understand things happen and sometimes items get delayed, that is why I still gave 5 star rating. Everything after the item arrived was perfect.
