Seller shipped promptly. Came in a waterproof teal mailer that was packaged so nicely and folded over 3 times to prevent any moisturize or dirt from getting in! Each shoe was flat and each individual shoe was completely wrapped (360 degrees) in a generous amount of bubble wrap. Would highly recommend ordering from this seller. Very professional experience and very reasonable prices. Had a wonderful experience, and am super happy with my new shoes. The condition is "preloved" which makes me thing they would just be "used good condition," but I would honestly classify them as used like new . The white embossed shoe size on the sole has faded away on one of the shoes, but they are super clean and nothing is broken and the tread isn't worn down. I'm super happy.
