Seller took one week to respond to me on app. Then after responding, she took almost a week to ship out. Being seller took so long to respond on app, she should have shipped asap. I have never waited one day to respond to people who have questions on this site. I ship 1-2 days as app suggests. I received item with huge scratch in front not described. Poor service
