It definitely looks new as described and was shipped carefully. I knowingly bought it even though its a bigger size bag than I usually go because of the purple color - which I'm thrilled really does look purple and that it zips closed at the top so all my stuff won't fall out. It's hard to find a purple bag! Thank you! Stay safe and healthy!
