I am delayed in my response on receiving my purchase as I was in Florida visiting our son and his expectant wife when Hurricane Ian hit. Thank goodness our family is safe and my husband and I are back home in PA today. The packaging was extra special with plastic covering the suede boots to protect from water and add’l tissue paper to keep these beautiful boots from being tossed about. The special touch with a handwritten thank you was greatly appreciated. These boots fit as expected as I own a pair in a different color! I will for sure transact business again with Nancy.
