Update: This kind seller has not only gotten back to me to fix the situation, but also will refund me. This is great way to do business. I would gladly shop from her again. Kindness goes a long way. When the backpack arrived it had stains on it and a big scuff mark. They were not listed in the discription. I was a bit disappointed.
