This sender was so kind and understanding!! My Apple Watch was still connected to their phone and they took the time out of their day to help fix the issue, while texting them about the issue I felt heard and didn’t feel rushed!! Thank you so much the watch came in perfect condition no scratches they also put extra goodies like Another band and it also can with a box I could keep my Apple Watch in!!
