The seller was beyond kind and answered any questions I had. There was a delay in my shipping due to unforeseen weather issues with postal service. Seller apologized for delay. They also took an extra step and track of order and alerted me of any movement and I happily received the coat in perfect condition as promised. Can’t wait to add it to my spring closet!
