Patrick delivered the tote ASAP and with plenty of tissue paper to cushion it while in transit. The bag looks just like his photos and is gorgeous and in great condition. Unbeknownst to him, there was an odor, presumably from the previous owner, and Patrick was excellent to work with while I cleaned the interior to see if the odor would dissipate. He was apologetic, understanding, and patient! I was able to get the odor out and even a few small scuffs on the exterior - it looks even more like brand new! Very pleased with Patrick and would be happy to buy from him again!
