A small section of the dolls hair had been cut. Its not a deal breaker, but it would have been good to know. I think I can hide it. Its on the bottom row. The ziploc bag said it included the doll's purple heart shaped glasses but they were not in the bag. Otherwise everything looks good. Its clean. It was packed well. It was quick. And it will certainly do for my niece's collection once I comb and style her hair.
