Update!!! This class act of a posher goes the extra mile! They followed up after I posted my comment and 4 star initial rating on my shoe purchase with help alteration on how to fix/re-tie the unique knot for my topsiders :) they gave me advice to go to YouTube so that I could retire the shoes myself. After that, I had to change the rating to five out of five stars ✨ ❤️👌⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Original message: Unfortunately one of the leather laces had come completely undone when when the package, The shoes were not in a box and I didn't see any tissue in the package, so it may have occurred during shipping; it just wasn't mentioned in the posting. Shipping was very punctual and the seller was very professional!
