First purchase through Poshmark and this seller. Seller is very nice, helpful, communicated wonderfully and item was exactly how described when I received it. My only issue was I wish she had have wrapped the backpack in plastic before putting it in shipping box. There was no protection between box and bag and when it was delivered it was pouring rain. Fortunately I noticed it had been delivered by app notification but I don’t know how long it was in the rain before I got the notification.
