Hi there! I just changed to 5 star rating! Thank you so much for letting me know about the very thin plastic coating on the back side of the face plate which I thought was damaged. I had tried it once and it didn’t work and then I tried a second time very carefully and Viola! It worked! I certainly appreciate your help with this matter! The product is perfect now!
