While I do always hope sales go well, I no longer expect them to be a total success lol. Esp resell transactions. When purchasing, i accept there may be a minor hiccup, multiple 'issues', or total failure. Prevents excess disappointment lol. What I got was the total opposite- seller turned a simple pre-owned clothing transaction into an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. Package was on my porch before I'd even thought to check shipping update, and suit was clean and neatly folded in a protective bag. Was obv intentionally packaged with care + also included a kind, super positive handwritten thank you card addressed directly to me, inside an envelope that was hand personalized as well. Thrilled to have another shop to add to my trusted list, will absolutely be shopping from again- thank you bunches!!
