CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR VERY 1ST PM SALE! Thank you for the beautiful FP sweater, it's even better than pictured & described. The shipping was a little slow & packaging although perfect for safety in transit could use some improvement as it lacked any personal touches. Communication with buyer could use some improvement. Some helpful ideas: Let buyer know shipping will be delayed & when to expect shipment. Add personal touches to packaging like tissue paper & thank you note.
